Jefferson County Public Health Covid – 19 Update
0Comments

We are adding 9 cases today, bringing the total number of cases to 3,295.

Our current two-week case is within the high transmission risk range. At this level, it’s strongly recommended that everyone wear a well-fitting, high-quality mask while in public, indoor places.

The Washington State Department of Health is experiencing delays in updating their report titled, “Cases, Hospitalizations and Deaths by Vaccination Status.” We will update those numbers on the data table as soon as they are published (expected by April 29) .

We now include some statewide case rate information published by the Washington State Department of Health, seen in a separate table below Cases by Age. The information is from a weekly report titled, “COVID-19 Cases, Hospitalizations, and Deaths by Vaccination Status,” and may be viewed at https://www.doh.wa.gov/…/421-010… (link in bio).
