Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. is pleased to announce our “Ask the Expert” Series. Funded by Grays Harbor Community Foundation this six-part campaign brings local business

leaders to the table with their peers to share best practices and lessons learned.

Session #5 – “Building a Culture of Customer Service.”

Featuring Damon Gleason with Five Star Ford-Lincoln

Damon will be presenting some useful ideas, such as how to define your Customer Service philosophy and how you build that culture. They will also share other essentials to take

along with you as you build your own business, continue to better your current business and thrive in our community.

The “Ask the Expert” series will be hosted at Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. office. All “Ask the Expert” workshops are free to attend and open to any business or organization and their

staff to include those dreaming about starting a business in the county. Lunch is included with registration and pre-registration is required.
