Santa braved the rain this morning to help the Aberdeen Police and Fire Department’s deliver gifts and meals to local families. A big thank you to all of the citizens, businesses and civic groups that donated to help make this years Giving Tree a huge success!
With everyone coming together, including Swanson’s Foods, the Aberdeen Police Officers’ Guild, the American Legion and the VFW, in addition to the overwhelming donations from citizens, we were able to not only help the original families, but lots of the families in the neighborhood as well.
This was a great day and it because of the generosity of our wonderful community! Thank you again!
Happy Holidays!
