Northwest School of Wooden Boat Building enrolls 38 undergrads

At Northwest School of Wooden Boat Building, 81 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 97 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private not-for-profit institution in Port Hadlock enrolled 38 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 89.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

75 percent of undergraduates are residents of Washington, and 25 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised of students who identify as white (100 percent).
