Elma Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
It's with a sad heart I need to announce the 2020 Elma Veterans Day Parade has been Canceled. I want to thank Danny Wills, and others who put a lot of work into trying to make this happen. I would also like to thank The City of Elma for trying their best to try to make this happen. Sad the insurance co determined it was too great a liability risk for the city to support.
