After 33-years of law enforcement service on the Harbor, Police Chief Steve Shumate has announced his retirement from law enforcement effective June 30, 2022. We thank Chief Shumate for leading our agency over the past 4-years. He has been responsible for many positive changes during that time and helped lead us through numerous challenges. He will be missed.
