THE CITY OF OCEAN SHORES IS PLEASED TO WELCOME TIM HIPPENSTEEL AS OUR NEW PROJECT MANAGER
As you know after almost a year of searching for a Public Works Director, then finding ourselves without a City Engineer, we needed to reevaluate the positions within the city and redirect our efforts. The decision to hire a Project Manager was taken very seriously and a lot of time and effort was taken into vetting the candidates and their respective qualifications.
With that being said, I am pleased to announce that Tim Hippensteel graciously accepted the position of the City of Ocean Shores Project Manager.
Tim comes to us with an extensive amount of experience in leading successful productive teams, completing projects on time and bringing project costs in on budget.
In addition, Tim has developed maintenance and employee training programs. Tim also dedicated extensive amounts of time to safety programs and brought them up to industry standards by working with venders and government regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
As the Project Manager, Tim has already hit the ground running by working with the City Administrator, Grants Coordinator and Rock Project Management to become acquainted with City projects and in particular the Hotel-row Fire Break, the High Dunes Trail, and Crosswalks on Point Brown.
Please join me in welcoming Tim to the Ocean Shores Team.
